Inca Gold Pisco is an ultra premium spirit distilled from 100% Quebranta and Italia grapes. Produced under exacting standards, it is the result of over 200 years dedication to creating exceptional piscos.
Our unique process begins on a single private estate where the finest grapes are grown, crushed and fermented. Select Quebranta and Italia grapes are blended in precise proportions which give IGP its characteristic aroma and smoothness. This special blending process produces what is called an “Acholado” pisco.
After distillation in copper alambic stills, IGP rests 9 months in special containers that prepare the pisco for bottling. The last step involves Inca Gold Pisco being hand bottled in frosted glass in small batch quantities. This ensures IGP maintains its artisan qualities of aroma, smoothness and full bouquet. For these reasons, Inca Gold Pisco ranks among the world’s most desirable acholado piscos.
